DealerApps customers are not required to consent to text messaging to purchase services, activate their accounts, or access their accounts. A non-SMS activation method is available by contacting DealerApps support.
Program Name: DealerApps Account Activation
DealerApps, Inc. offers an optional, customer-initiated SMS service that allows business customers to activate their DealerApps accounts.
SMS participation is not required to purchase DealerApps services, activate an account, or access DealerApps services. Customers may choose an alternative non-SMS account activation method.
This messaging program is strictly limited to account activation and related confirmation messages. It does not include unsolicited, recurring, promotional, or marketing texts.
After establishing a DealerApps business account, customers receive an onboarding email containing a unique account activation code, the designated DealerApps toll-free number, and instructions for optional SMS account activation.
Customers may voluntarily text their unique activation code to the designated toll-free number or scan the provided QR code to initiate the SMS process.
Before sending the activation code, customers are presented with SMS consent disclosures explaining the purpose of the message, expected message frequency, applicable charges, and opt-out instructions.
By voluntarily sending their activation code, customers affirmatively consent to receive one automated SMS confirmation from DealerApps regarding their account activation request.
DealerApps does not automatically enroll customers in SMS messaging or send unsolicited account activation texts.
DealerApps offers optional SMS account activation. To activate your account via SMS, text your unique activation code to the DealerApps toll-free number provided in your onboarding email.
By voluntarily sending your activation code, you consent to receive one automated account activation confirmation text from DealerApps.

SMS opt-in information may be processed by authorized service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support DealerApps' SMS communications, subject to applicable privacy and security protections.
SMS consent is limited to the DealerApps Account Activation program and is not transferable to unrelated messaging programs.
