DealerApps provides technology-enabled response management solutions for direct mail campaigns, including call center services, interactive voice response (IVR), web response management, text response services, virtual kiosk solutions, reporting, and customer relationship management integrations.
Our services are primarily designed for business customers, including advertising agencies, direct mail brokers, printers, and related organizations.
Certain DealerApps services require account registration and activation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, and notifying DealerApps of suspected unauthorized account activity.
DealerApps may establish account verification and activation procedures to help protect customer information and maintain platform security.
Account activation does not require participation in SMS messaging. Customers may choose an alternative non-SMS activation method by contacting DealerApps support.
Program Name: DealerApps Account Activation
DealerApps, Inc. offers an optional, customer-initiated SMS account activation service for its business customers.
New customers receive an onboarding email containing a unique activation code, the designated DealerApps toll-free number, and instructions for optional SMS account activation.
Customers may voluntarily text their unique activation code to the designated toll-free number or scan the provided QR code to initiate the SMS process.
Before initiating SMS activation, customers are presented with disclosures explaining the purpose of the messaging, expected message frequency, applicable charges, and opt-out instructions.
By voluntarily sending their activation code, customers expressly consent to receive one automated SMS confirmation from DealerApps regarding their account activation request.
DealerApps does not automatically enroll customers in SMS messaging or send unsolicited account activation texts.
One automated confirmation message is sent per successful, customer-initiated account activation request.
Additional messages may be sent only in response to a separate customer-initiated request or as necessary to process standard HELP and STOP commands.
No unsolicited, recurring, promotional, or marketing messages are sent through this program.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the DealerApps toll-free number to opt out of SMS communications.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS participation is entirely optional and is not required to purchase DealerApps services, activate an account, or access DealerApps services.

SMS consent applies only to the DealerApps Account Activation program and does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional communications.

Customers agree to use DealerApps services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Users may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our website, systems, or services.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to DealerApps is accurate and that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to provide that information.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and communications laws in connection with their own campaigns and business activities.
DealerApps strives to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service dependencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The DealerApps name, website content, graphics, software, designs, and related materials are owned by DealerApps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred through access to our website or services.
Certain DealerApps services may rely on third-party technology, telecommunications networks, hosting providers, or integrations.
DealerApps is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, except as otherwise required by law or agreed in a separate written contract.

SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
